| Please send in a healthy snack for your child. We have snack time mid-morning everyday. We also will have one in the afternoon. These are working snacks and students eat whenever they are hungry. There is no exact time for snack. Healthy snack choices include fruits, vegetables, and cheese.  First grade lunch is at 12:10 each day. Your child will have a lunch card that works like a debit card and holds the money that you have sent in to be used for lunch. The children can use the lunch card to purchase a hot lunch or milk. You can also bring a lunch to school too!  When your child has finished lunch, they will go directly outside for recess. In the event of rain or extreme cold, we will have indoor recess in the classroom. I recommend sending in a tote bag to store snow pants in when there is snow outside. | |||||||||||||||
