SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING (SEL) at COUNTRYSIDE:
SEL is being promoted and developed across grade levels utilizing the SECOND STEP CURRICULUM and schoolwide POSITIVE BEHAVIOR SUPPORTS (PBS).
This year we are tying these skills to our Monthly "PAW" Boosters and our School Rules & Expectations: Be Respectful, Responsible, Safe, and Ready to Learn.
Our set of skills for Sept. - Oct.: SKILLS FOR LEARNING; e.g., Listening, Focusing Attention.
While our teachers and staff are introducing and practicing these skills/behaviors with students, there are corresponding Home Links for parents. Click on the link below to find corresponding activities for your child's grade level and classroom.
